With compassion and care, they help create a warm and comfortable environment for clients, guiding them through the administrative processes with understanding and sensitivity. Whether scheduling appointments, answering questions, or providing assistance with paperwork, our administrative team is dedicated to making each individual feel heard and at ease. Their approachability and attentiveness help set the tone for a positive and supportive experience.

Practice Manager

Claire joined our team in 2024 and has over five years of experience in the medical industry. Her experience allows her to bring a personal touch to her work, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for children and their families.
Claire wants to make a positive impact, whether it's at work or in her personal life. She genuinely enjoys getting to know clients and their families. She would love for you to stop by the reception desk and say hello. She's always happy to chat and wants make you feel welcome.

Claire loves spending time at the beach with her children and dogs, enjoying the outdoors and relaxing. She also enjoys having coffee with friends, which gives her a chance to socialize and unwind.

Karen

Karen joined our team in 2021. Karen has over 10 years of experience working in medical administration and management. Karen reports that working with Family Services has been her favourite job so far.
​
Karen enjoys getting to know the clients and the families and building connections with them. If she ends the day feeling like she’s helped someone, that makes her happy.
​
Karen enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new places, going for walks and trying new crafts.
Karen works Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Pariss

Client Care Support

Pariss joined our team in 2021. Before working for Family Services Australia, Pariss had 5 years of experience working in medical administration and management. Pariss is passionate about therapy, earning her Mental Health First Aid certification, a Certificate IV in Mental Health, and training in various healing methods such as Reiki.
​
Pariss particularly enjoys working with children and building strong, supportive relationships with clients, always striving to create a welcoming and positive environment. She is also passionate about supporting our Clinical Care Support (CCS) staff and practice manager.
​
Pariss is passionate about teaching yoga, running, practicing Pilates, and spending time with her beloved dachshund.

Amber

Client Care Support
​Based at Shellharbour HQ

Amber joined our team in 2024. She has over ten years' experience working in allied health administration. Amber has developed a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and patient management over this time. She aims to be supportive of our team and our clients' individual needs.

Amber believes in truly understanding the client's needs, goals, and challenges. This helps build strong relationships and to help the clients individually through their journey.
​
Amber enjoys anything DIY at home including doing up furniture, gardening & anything that keeps improving her home. She has 4 beautiful kids under the age of 10, keeping her very busy on the weekends. She enjoys walking her dog Chet (Border Collie) around Kiama or at the beach on warm sunny days.

Mayah

Mayah joined our team in 2024. She is passionate about working within the social and emotional wellbeing sector and helping individuals achieve their best overall health. In the past, she has studied Psychology at the University of Wollongong however currently, she is gaining valuable experience in the workforce.

Mayah loves to help people who may be experiencing disadvantages in life, ensuring everyone has an equal chance to achieve a good health and wellbeing.

Mayah enjoys spending time with her friends and family, the beach and Pilates.
