Feedback & Complaints
We encourage all clients to provide anonymous feedback to their allocated worker. If you are a current client, please click here. If you are a past client, please click here. Your feedback will assist your worker’s professional development and help to improve the service offered to others.
If you would like to make a specific complaint about our service or your experience, you can complete this form. If you nominate to be contacted further, a member of our management team will follow up within two weeks following your response.
